Living Out Our Theology Beyond Church Walls
In community groups, we live out our faith in the world--beyond the walls of our church building. We do this so that God may be glorified in b​ringing others to Jesus Christ by observing our love for one another and by seeing us live as Jesus did in our respective neighborhoods. Our aim is that we would know Jesus more and that we would also introduce Jesus to those yet to know Him. At Calvary Baptist Church, we structure community groups around 4 guiding principles:

OUTWARD-we will develop relationships with unbelievers in an effort that they might receive Christ.

UPWARD-we will desire to live for Christ ourselves.

INWARD-we will delight in developing relationships with believers in the body in an effort to build them up to be like Christ.
-
ONWARD-we will disciple others to live for Christ in forming new community groups.
