(Psalm 84:10-12)

Hymn of Assurance: “Blessed Assurance”

This is my story this is my song Praising my Savior all the day long This is my story this is my song Praising my Savior all the day long Blessed assurance Jesus is mine O what a foretaste of glory divine Heir of salvation purchase of God Born of His Spirit washed in His blood Perfect submission perfect delight Visions of rapture now burst on my sight Angels descending bring from above Echoes of mercy whispers of love Perfect submission all is at rest I in my Savior am happy and blest Watching and waiting looking above Filled with His goodness lost in His love

Thanking God for What He Has Done

Worship Leader: You great three in one, author of all blessings we enjoy. You have taught us that neither the experience of present evils, nor remembering former sins, nor the reproaches of friends, will or can ever affect a sinner’s heart, except that you reveal your grace and make alive those dead in sin by the effective working of your power. We thank you and praise you. (a portion of “Blessings” from The Valley of Vision)

Giving Our Tithes and Offerings

Hymn of Thanksgiving: “There is None Like You"

There is none like You No one else can touch My heart like You do I could search For all eternity long and find There is none like You Your mercy flows like a river wide And healing comes from Your hands Suffering children are safe in Your arms There is none like You

God Instructs Us Through His Word

Scripture Reading: Matthew 28:18-20

And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

Pastoral Prayer

God Feeds and Nourishes Us through His Supper

As the Lord’s Supper is being passed would you ponder the following questions:

Are you advancing in the joys and comforts of the Holy Spirit?

Since you last partook of the Lord's Supper, have you more faithfully followed the promptings of the Holy Spirit; have you listened in a more teachable way to the slightest whisperings of His voice; have you cherished more carefully His sanctifying influences; have you guarded more jealously against the indulgence of any thought or desire that would grieve Him, or cause Him to have to withdraw, even for a season, the manifestations of His love and the communications of His grace?

Have you a sweeter sense of the Redeemer's love?

Do you find communion with Him a foretaste of heaven?

Do you look forward with increasing desire for the day when you shall sit down with Him at the marriage supper of the Lamb?

God Blesses and Sends Us Out

Worship Leader: “May the only One Who grants pardon for sin and a peace that endures,”

Congregation: “And Whose own presence guides and cheers,”

All: “Strengthen and protect you from the evil one.”
